A rental fee of $125 per hour applies after midnight. In addition, a $225 charge is assessed for keeping the building open and systems running after midnight.

* 18% Mandatory surcharge on all labor rates, not included in base rates above.
** Media rates required for any audiotaping or videotaping with the exception of routine news coverage.
*** Performance fee limited to three (3) hours. After 3 hours, performance rate is $20.25 per hour.

Stagehand Minimums:
All symphonic performances require a minimum of 3 stagehands. All symphonic load-in/load- outs require a minimum of 6 stage hands per each.
Non-symphonic performances may require 8 or more stagehands for load-in/load-outs and 5 or more stage hands for performances.
