Box Office Hours
The box office is open on these Delta Classic Chastain show days only, starting two hours prior to show time, and closes approximately 30 minutes after the headliner begins.
PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

Will Call
Will Call is located outside the gates at the bottom of the hill on Elliott Galloway Way, next to Gate #1. Important Note! You must bring a picture ID, the actual credit card used to purchase the tickets and your order number to pick up tickets.

Lost Tickets
Delta Classic Chastain Park Amphitheater is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please contact the original point of purchase for details. If you purchased your tickets from Ticketmaster, you may call 1-800-745-3000.
Refunds/Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, tickets may be refunded at the original point of purchase.
Resale/Scalping
An event ticket will not be recognized, honored or received for admission if purchased from a source other than the Delta Classic Chastain Box Office, the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Box Office, the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, Ticketmaster or its authorized outlets. There will be no refunds and no exchanges. Tickets obtained from sources other than any Ticketmaster outlet may be lost, stolen or counterfeit tickets and in such cases will not be honored. To be safe please only order your tickets from the Delta Classic Chastain Box Office, the Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre Box Office, the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, Ticketmaster or its authorized outlets. Re-selling of tickets by private parties is prohibited on the property and is subject to confiscation and arrest.
Ticketing
We encourage all guests to purchase tickets through Ticketmaster and their authorized retailers or directly from our venue box office to avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen, void or invalid tickets.
***PLEASE NOTE: The venue box office CANNOT reprint tickets purchased from any third party ticket seller/broker (including Stub Hub). If you have purchased tickets from a third party ticket seller/broker you will need to bring the printed or hard ticket. The venue box office can ONLY reprint TicketMaster, TicketsNow, or Groupon tickets for the ORIGINAL PURCHASER. Photo ID required. A digital image of a Ticket Master “Print At Home” Ticket is NOT scanable from your phone at the ticket gates. You must bring the printed ticket to the gate.
