Where is Chastain Park Amphitheater located?
It is conveniently located in Northwest Atlanta, between Buckhead and Sandy Springs, off Roswell Road, near the intersection of West Wieuca and Powers Ferry Roads. The physical address is 4469 Stella Drive, Atlanta, GA 30327. Click here to view our Location page.
Where are parking lots located and what is the cost?
There are various lots including the Red, Yellow, Blue and Green Lots located around the venue and parking costs $15 per car. Click here to view our Parking page.
Does a child need a ticket?
Yes, everyone needs a ticket to enter regardless of age.
What time do the doors open?
Please check the individual event pages for doors open time as it varies by show.
May I bring food and beverage?
Yes, you may bring food and beverage to all shows unless a show is designated as row-on-row. For row-on-row (reserved seating) shows, you can only bring one factory-sealed plastic beverage container, one liter or smaller (no alcohol). Click here to view our Food & Beverage page.
*Please note - The maximum allowable TV Tray is 23” wide by 16” deep. They are allowed in terrace and rear terrace. They are not allowed in the box seats or the lawn area. The maximum cooler size is 23” wide by 16” deep in all locations excluding box seats. In box seats, the maximum cooler size is 16”wide by 12” deep.
What is allowed on the lawn?
Blankets are allowed on the lawn. Umbrellas (subject to show).
Is tailgating allowed in the parking lots?
No, tailgating is not allowed in any of the parking lots.
What time do concerts typically conclude?
Concerts typically conclude before 11:00PM.
What happens if it rains?
All events take place Rain or Shine. We offer no refunds or exchanges in the event of rain. While we prefer you bring a rain coat or poncho, small umbrellas are allowed at certain shows.
What types of candles are allowed?
Please note that the City of Atlanta fire code prohibits use of candles with exposed flames. We suggest using small votive style candles or tea light candles in glass containers only.
May I bring in a table or TV tray?
The maximum allowable TV Tray is 23” wide by 16” deep. They are allowed in terrace and rear terrace. They are not allowed in the box seats or the lawn area. The maximum cooler size is 23” wide by 16” deep in all locations excluding box seats. In box seats, the maximum cooler size is 16”wide by 12” deep.TV tray sized tables ONLY are allowed in the box seat, terrace and rear terrace seating areas for table set up shows. They are not allowed in the lawn area. No TV tray sized tables are allowed at row-on-row, reserved seating shows.
What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed?
In the event a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, information is immediately sent to the local media for distribution and placed on the Delta Classic Chastain website. Please be aware that there is no way to contact individual ticket holders other than the local media. If an event is cancelled, refunds will be available at the original point of purchase only. Customers that purchased their tickets through Ticketmaster online or over the phone should be refunded automatically within a week of canceling the event. Customers that purchased their tickets through a Ticketmaster outlet must return to the outlet where they originally purchased their tickets for a refund. Customers who purchased their tickets through the Box Office must return to the Box Office with their tickets and the original method of payment to receive a refund. If the event is rescheduled, tickets purchased for the original date will be honored on the new event date. In most cases, refunds will also be available at the original point of purchase up until the new event date has passed.
