Box Office & Will Call:

The Box Office will open for Will Call two (2) hours before show time. The Box Office is located on Elliott Galloway Way (formerly Pool Rd). IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS FROM WILL CALL, PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

Directions and Parking:

Parking lots are conveniently located around the Amphitheater off of Powers Ferry Road, Stella Drive and Chastain Memorial Parkway. All lots open at 6:00pm. Click here for directions.

Food & beverages:

Pack your picnic baskets and coolers. Outside food and beverages are allowed. Click here to pre-order from our on-site caterer.

Maximum TV tray size:

• In Terrace and Rear Terrace seating areas, 23” wide x 16” deep

Maximum cooler size:

• In Terrace and Rear Terrace seating areas, 23” wide x 16” deep
• In Box Seat area, 16” wide x 12” deep

No TV Trays allowed in the box seat area.

No chairs or tables allowed in the lawn area.

Not allowed:

• No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses, camcorders and recording devices
• No re-entry
• No candles with exposed flames. Small ‘votive’ style candles or ‘tea light’ candles in glass containers only
• No pets
• No iPads/tablets
• No Selfie sticks
• No GoPros
• No Drones
• Smoking is not permitted in the venue. The smoking section is located outside Gate 3.
• The use of electronic cigarettes is not permitted in the venue. They may be used in the smoking section outside Gate 3.
• For the safety of our patrons, weapons of any kind are not allowed in the venue.
