Playing
a Gabrielli 1750 double-bass, Ralph has been a member of the
Tulsa Philharmonic, Santa Fe Opera, and Pittsburgh Symphony
Orchestras; before joining the ASO eight years ago. A graduate
of the University of Tulsa, Ralph studied with Henry Loew
of the St. Louis Symphony and Lew Norton, of the New York
Philharmonic; he received a fellowship for the Berkshire Music
Festival at Tanglewood in 1966.
