Box Office & Will Call:

The Box Office will open for Will Call two (2) hours before show time and will remain open until the headliner takes the stage. The Box Office is located on Elliott Galloway Way (formerly Pool Rd). IF YOU ARE PICKING UP YOUR TICKETS FROM WILL CALL, PLEASE BRING A PICTURE ID, THE ACTUAL CREDIT CARD USED TO PURCHASE THE TICKETS AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER.

Directions and Parking:

Parking lots are conveniently located around the Amphitheater off of Powers Ferry Road, Stella Drive and Chastain Memorial Parkway. All lots open at 5:00pm. Click here for directions.

Food & beverages:

Pack your picnic baskets and coolers. Outside food and beverages are allowed. Click here to pre-order from our on-site caterers.

Tables From Home:

For your convenience, patrons in the Box Seat, Terrace and Rear Terrace seating area may bring small TV trays (no larger than – 23” wide x 16” deep). No chairs or tables are allowed in the Lawn area.

Not allowed:

No professional cameras or cameras with detachable lenses, camcorders and recording devices.
No re-entry.
No candles with exposed flames. Small ‘votive’ style candles or ‘tea light’ candles in glass containers only.
No pets.
Smoking is not permitted in the venue. The smoking section is located outisde of Gate 3.
