A Cautionary Word on Candles
Please note that the City of Atlanta fire code prohibits use of candles with exposed flames. We suggest using small votive style candles or tea light candles in glass containers only.
Concert Courtesy
It is important that courtesy and good manners be practiced at all times during performances. Please stay in your seats while artists are on stage, limit conversation, and visit facility amenities when the performance is not in progress.
Concessions
Dining at Delta Classic Chastain combines the cheerful elements of al fresco dining and an outdoor supper club. For all tabled shows, feel free to bring your own food and beverage in picnic baskets or coolers.
*Please note - The maximum allowable TV Tray is 23” wide by 16” deep. They are allowed in terrace and rear terrace. They are not allowed in the box seats or the lawn area. The maximum cooler size is 23” wide by 16” deep in all locations excluding box seats. In box seats, the maximum cooler size is 16”wide by 12” deep.
For reserved, row-on-row seating shows (no table setup), you can only bring one factory-sealed plastic beverage container, one liter or smaller. Alcohol and other food and beverages are not allowed. We have an ample selection of food and beverage available for purchase at our concessions located throughout the venue.
Another convenient option is to pre-order your dinner by contacting our on-site caterer – Proof of the Pudding.
Dress
It’s entirely up to you. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as temperatures cool in the evening. Comfortable footwear is a good idea for the walk to and from parking areas.
Late Arrivals
Allow ample time for travel, parking, and getting to your seats. Latecomers may be asked to wait for a break in the program before taking their seats.
Lost & Found Department
During performances, patrons can check with the supervisor at the stage door on the right side of the stage for any lost and found items. Following performances, please call (404) 733.5373.
Photos/Electronics/Cell Phones
As a courtesy to performers and audience members, the following equipment is not permitted: professional cameras, camcorders and recording devices. For select shows, certain artists do not allow personal cameras inside the venue. If cameras are allowed by the artist, point-and-shoot style cameras with no removable lenses are permitted. Please check our website the day of the show for further information.
The use of cellular phones is not permitted in the seating areas. Please limit use of cell phones to the entry ways.
Smoking Policy
For the comfort of our guests and in accordance with municipal law, smoking is not permitted in seating areas. Smoking is only allowed in the smoking section located outside Gate 3. This includes the use of electronic cigarettes.
